Mariska Ondrich

My paintings celebrate and symbolize the sacred immanence of the Mother-Goddesses, Their immense power, in the Earth, in Nature, in every Tree, Plant, Healing Herbs, in the Fire, in the Water, in Rivers, Oceans, in the Air, in the Sky and inside myself. They are painted spontaneously out of the womb, expressing my deep feelings of love and affection for my Goddess, MA, Amman, Devi, MAta, who is always inside, beside and with me. For my paintings, I use only self-made natural colors.

I am also a passionate photographer - my photos showing Earth and Nature Goddesses, sacred groves, abodes and shrines of the Mother-Goddesses and women's rituals for Them.

One of my poems- celebrating- like my paintings- the sacred immanent Mother -Goddess:

MA, you are everywhere!

MA, I feel your presence everywhere!

When I see a Tree, the green of Her leaves, the green of my Palm Trees,

You are there!

When I embrace a Neem Tree and the leaves start to move,

You are there!

When wind arises,

You speak to me!

When I sit on the Earth, touching Her with my hands,

I feel and touch you!

When I see the blue of the sky and the movements of the clouds,

You move them!

When it rains,

You nourish the soil and you also nourish me!

When sunrays touch my skin,

You touch me!

When the moonlight shines on me,

You look at me!

Your sacred immanence is felt everywhere, your energy is all life creating, pervading and sustaining!

MA, you are always inside me, beside me, around me and with me!

At every step of my life,

You are with me and I am with you! I love you!
